Inviting teammates
Invite by email in Settings > Team. Invitations are valid for 7 days and can be resent or canceled.
Permissions and roles
- Permissions — Owner / Admin / Member / Billing manager.
- Role seats — Full · Support · Tech support participate as conversation owners, while the Member role is follower-only.
AI agent profile
In AI > AI profile, change LIA's name and avatar to match your brand.
