Office hours
Set per-day office hours, holidays, and how the AI responds.
Default office hours
In Settings > Office hours, select a day and add time ranges. You can set multiple ranges (e.g. weekdays 09–18 + Saturday 10–15).
Holidays
Register dates you operate differently from usual, such as public holidays and days off.
Running the AI agent
- Outside office hours — choose to keep the AI responding / only accept inquiries / stop taking new conversations.
- During office hours — AI-first responses or agents responding directly.
Expected response time
Choose the team's expected response time to show customers.
