Commerce integration

Let the AI and console look up customer orders in real time.

Components

Install the Lillo commerce plugin (REST API) on your shop and register api_base_url for the brand. (e.g. https://shop.example.com/wp-json/lilloai/v1)
The SDK's subscriberInfo.external_user_id must match the shop's member ID.

Order lookup contract

The response includes the order number · status · item list · payment amount · shipping address. This contract powers the order card in the console's right panel, the AI's order lookups and shipping guidance, and the order-select node in workflows.
